Today, I took the kids out to the lake. We sat out on the fishing dock and talked about the lake, explored, got dirty and snapped some pictures in the process. Logan loves using my camera so I let him take a few. Some things the kids want to learn more about: How trees make air, how lawn mowers work and Why we need lakes and fish.

1. Maddie giving the peace sign. (Didn’t even teach her that one). =)
2.Maddie’s mud shoes. It’s been exceptionally rainy lately so these are great for playing out in the mud.
3.Driving through the East Nashville area. Love the art.
4. Dan showing the kids how to drill wheels on a board. Dan’s Vox amp is too heavy to carry.

6.The American Boys Handy Book. Dan and Logan can build just about anything from this book. It has projects for every season. Love it.
